Your Challenge
We are looking for a local finance consulting firm to work with MEDx in multiple locations for a healthcare company customer. We are looking for a company with experience in evaluating and monitoring activities prior to, during, and after project implementation. These activities would typically include:
Assessing a nominated Principal Recipient's capacity and reviewing key grant documents, including: the nominated Principal Recipient's previous track record
Internal controls and systems effectiveness
The grant budget, work plan, performance framework, and supporting documents are all proposed.
Examining the grant's progress, appropriate use of funds, and implementation effectiveness, including:
Requests for progress updates and disbursements
Review of grant implementation effectiveness during grant implementation
Site visits to confirm results and data quality
Programs and projects taught me how to draw.
Your Responsibilities
The Review Team Lead (RTL) will be responsible for all aspects of implementation and for the deliverables of the review. The RTL should have a good understanding of HIV prevention (AGYW/Youth) programs, implementation of mixed methods research methodology and be skilled in project management. The RTL will ensure that the overall process stays on time and deliverables are completed to specified standards. The RTL will also serve as the main contact with the in-country counterparts, as well as the Our Customer and other key stakeholders.

Analyze Performance Framework • Assist us in grant-making and negotiations • Most of the LFA services are provided during grant implementation and the scope varies significantly from country to country and from year to year
Examples of LFA services: ➢ Review the Principal Recipient’s progress reports and disbursement requests (PU/DR) ➢ Various site visits and spot checks, including financial, programmatic/M&E, and health products and health equipment procurement and supply chain ➢ Review of internal controls, systems and processes ➢ Risk assessment; review of implementation arrangements ➢ Ongoing oversight
Review activities related to grant closure
Advise us on issues and risks related to grant closure
Verify PR’s assets, including closing cash balance
Review PR financial closure report
