Solution to Care Gaps in Many Developing Countries!!!!!!

It is reported by the WHO that a little more than 60,000,000 healthcare workers are active across the globe. Surprise Surprise; only 3% to 8% (WHO) of those remain active in developing countries.Because 50% - 70% of developing countries' graduate HealthCare professionals migrate towards developed countries yearly (example of Philippines) . This leaves a big gap and pain on that part of the world. What are the structural answers in keeping the developing countries' citizen safe and hopeful from a care perspective? Shall we:

1. Complain and stay in the dark about this issue

2. Confront it and look for sustainable solutions

@MEDx eHealthCenter; we have chosen and decided to look into it and we are interested to hear your Views, Suggestions and Opinions on how to address the root causes for a better and stronger future of developing countries.
